INDUCTION LINER Two-Piece(Product)

• Induction liner is used to seal the opening of a plastic or glass bottle with heat based adhesive. Its main function is to protect contents in a bottle from humid, oxygen and foreign substances (Tamper evident) and to prevent spilling, extending the reservation period.
  
  Basically, Liner consists of Backing and Aluminum Seal layer, and those two layers are attached with wax. For using the Two Piece Liner, it has to be punched with proper size and be inserted into the cap.
  
  After capping a container which Induction Liner is inserted, we seal it by using Induction sealer. Then, attached layer with wax is absorbed in paper board of the backing, leaving Sealing layer including Aluminum to be sealed and separating Backing layer in a cap.
• The shape of it is round and there are two types of seal, Peel-able and Weld Type. Normally, Weld type is widely used.
• Application : Screw cap, One touch cap, Food, Drug, Agrochemicals, Motor oil, Chemical products and so on.
• Basic composition : Top Layer / Aluminum / Seal Layer
